Which 24" monitor, or 27"?

Alright guys and gals, I just ordered pretty much everything for my new machine, all I have left to get is the monitor. I'm going to be rocking 2x 460s with everything else along those lines, gaming at 1900x1080 or 1900x1280... whichever the monitor has as it's native.
I'm a big fan of SAMSUNG, I use a 46" samsung TV and would like to get a new samsung LED monitor for my new computer. That being said, I'm not against going with a new company if you all have a better idea.

Please let me know what you all think!!

Thanks

More about : monitor

I guess getting a monitor with 2560x1600 native could be good since I do plan on upgrading from the 460s as soon as the next gen comes out.
I'm looking for 24 or bigger though.

2xGTX460 are lot better than single GTX480 and equal to HD 5970. Why would you upgrade?:D

I couldn't find 30" Samsung LED monitor on Newegg.

Biger monitor is not good ..becuase even highest VGAS would have a problem ... go for 19 or 20 Inches ..they are great for gaming . & after u buy a VGA card you can MAXOUT & enjoy of it ...i have 19 INCHES samsung ...& it is realy good ..now i am able to go for any VGA card & experience best of it

2 x 460's with a 19"??? what an overkill!!!

those cards combined is great power, and can never use them to its full potential on a 19"!!

I would for nothing less than 23"... what would you like to game on? a TV or Monitor (PC monitor?) with those cards, you shouldn't struggle on both, but its recommended that you use i monitor!

have you thought about gaming in 3D? maybe get yourself a monitor that has a 120hz refresh rate!

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

the kit is complete with 3D vision glasses and is a great size as well!!

just my thought

no need to go for SLI ...go for 5850 & it would be sufficent for gaming

2xGTX460's are 400$ (2x768MB version) and are going to smash the 5850, and are going to be better than a single GTX480, which is 500$, and they're the same price with the 5870, and are a lot faster.

And yes, for 2xGTX460's, i recommend going for a 23 or 24 inch Full HD 1080p monitor. Nothing less.
