Budget graphics card? Which one?

I have a budget of around £100 to buy a new graphics card


My monitor is only 15 inches (at 1024x800 resolution).

I've been wondering if the ATI HD 5770 would be good enough to run games like WoW and Empire: Total War at maximum settings with my 15 inch monitor?

Or should I buy the 5750/5670?

at that rez u might as well buy a gts 250 or a 5450.a 5770 is overkill at that resolution
