Well, this is primarily for gaming (World of Warcraft) mainly, and was wondering if this build would work and play it sufficiently.

Processor: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/198349
MOBO: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/196403
Case: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/143854
Cooling fan: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176157
Optical drive: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/145450
RAM: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/166995
HDD: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/173804
GPU: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/238448
PSU: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/200491

Always interested in comments/critiques and any suggestions you have to improve the build (Got it to £500 and thats pretty much my budget)

Thanks in advance.

If you don't plan on unlocking the extra cores in that Phenom II X2, the Athlon IIs with three or four cores are probably a better value. You can get an Athlon II X3 for much less or an X4 for just a little more:

Athlon II X3 440
£57.65

Athlon II X4
£78.40

The processor comes with a cooler so you don't need an aftermarket one. If you want a cooler for overclocking, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro isn't a very good one (the improvement isn't worth the money).

Cheaper RAM with the same specs:

Corsair 4GB DDR3 1333MHz Memory Module CL9(9-9-9-24) 1.5V Unbuffered Non-ECC
£64.99

The Radeon HD5750 is cheaper with similar performance to the Geforce GTS 450. The Radeon HD5770 is more powerful and costs just a little more.

XFX HD 5750 1GB Graphics Card (In the states XFX graphics cards come with a lifetime warranty)
£95.99

XFX HD 5770 1GB Graphics Card
£121.15

Cooler Master makes some very poor quality power supplies. 600W is also far more than you will need with this setup.

Corsair 400W CX PSU
£39.99
