My PC FREEZE with (red light Continuation)

when i start the pc its natural to see the red light flashing and also when i run aprogram or game ..... etc
the problem is : the red light still light up about 3 Minutes or 4 and i can do any thing untill the red light stop .... and this problem appears at any time even after formating and Repeated every 20 ... 30 minutes.
I changed the memory slot to another one ,but its useless
My harddisk in agood situation
if any one know about this problem ..... plz help me

Verify that you have set the correct voltage for your memory modules in the BIOS. You could also verify that the memory modules are on the motherboard's QVL as being supported.
