Will this Graphics card fit into my computer?

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a new gpu the only problem is i have a micro case so I'm not sure what cards will fit. My question to you is will a 5850 fit into my case: W16.8 cm D35.4 cm H38 cm. thanks, any answers and recommendations are fully welcome.

Bust out a tape measure and measure the distance from the back of the case to the first obstruction the card would hit, in most cases that is the drive bay that limits the length of the card, not the actual side of the case.
