Hi folks,
I'm looking for a new set of RAM for my current build, which is:
Intel Core i7 860 and Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3
But i'm abit confused because on Intel's site, under i7 860 memory type specifikations it says: DDR3-1066/1333
and at Gigabyte's site, under Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3 memory specifikations, it says: 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM... and DDR3 2200/1600/1333/1066/800 MHz
So what I understand from this is:
My CPU will not benefit from faster RAM than 1333 mhz?
My motherboard do support RAM clocked up to 2200 mhz, but they have to be supplied at 1.5V?
