Mass memory storage davice refuse to accesss

Hello,
my external device refuse to access it ask me to format but i don't want so should i do now?

Remove the drive from it's enclosure, remove the PCB, fit the drive into a third-party enclosure.

Do you want to recover your data inside this device at firstly?
If you do, you could try some recovery program to save your data and format this device to return its normal use.
Why don't you try some external hard drive recovery freeware?

This drive has successfully helped my friend retrieve his data from an unformatted drive. You should try it, too.
