Thanks for any help!

Solution

That RAM isn't a great value. Consider one of these kits instead:

Mushkin Enhanced SP 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 Desktop Memory (High Quality Brand, Low Voltage DDR3 doesn't need heatspreaders)
$108.49

G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Pretty good, except Rosewill isn't known for being a good company....
You may want a larger size PSU tooo..
Try this monitor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009222
A little expensive, but good.
Try this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119202&cm_re=cooler_master_elite_310-_-11-119-202-_-Product
There are different colours too... but it just changes the colour of the red in the front.
This PSU is pretty good, plus it is a little larger and has 10% off right now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153106

Yeah, the i7-950 is probably a better value.

Rosewill is Newegg's generic brand. Their power supplies aren't the highest quality. A nice 750W power supply would be powerful enough for your processor and two GTX 460s. Consider this model:

XFX Black Edition 750W 80 PLUS SILVER Certified Modular Power Supply (Highest Quality, Much higher efficiency, Modular)
$114.99 after $15 rebate +$9.19 shipping

I wouldn't skimp quite so much on the case. Buy a slightly nicer one and avoid the finger cuts and overheating components. Try one of these highly rated bargain cases:

$29.99 after a $10 rebate +$9.99 shipping

Look at these 1080p monitors:

Conventional Backlight (Less Expensive, somewhat less efficient, contrast isn't quite a good)

LED Backlight (More Expensive, somewhat more efficient, very good contrast ratios)
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&Subcategory=20&Description=&Type=&N=100007616&IsNodeId=1&srchInDesc=&MinPrice=&MaxPrice=&OEMMark=0&PropertyCodeValue=11051%3A58167&PropertyCodeValue=1099%3A9240&PropertyCodeValue=1099%3A9242&PropertyCodeValue=1099%3A17156&PropertyCodeValue=1099%3A57803&PropertyCodeValue=1099%3A25153&PropertyCodeValue=1099%3A17843

Solution
Don't buy from Newegg.ca unless the shipping is free for the item otherwise if their price is good but the shipping isn't pricematch it at Ncix.
The cpu and mobo price you linked are very good though.

I doubt you need a 850w or even a 750w a good 650w will do the job.
But a bigger then needed psu never hurts anything.

The Silverstone(better quality then Thermaltake imo) would be the best value if you can't budget for a $60 case.

For a monitor i would seriously peruse Dell.ca everyday for the UltraSharp U2311H 23-inch i've seen it for $180 on sale more then once.
It's stand is fully adjustable,3yr warranty,free shipping.
It's an IPS panel and has DisplayPort and usb ports.
