I need help buying a motherboard

I'm having a hard time deciding which motherboard to buy.

I will use my PC to make 3D Graphics and make movies.

I don't know whether to get a ATX or Mini -ATX.

I won't use all the slots ATX has to offer.
I will be buying GeForce GTS 450 Graphics card, or better.
I wont buy a Sound Card. I'd rather use the on-board sound.
I will use around, or more, 8 GB of memory.
I have 2 sets of Hard Drive. Each 500GB.
I have 1 Blue Ray drive.

I dont want to spend more than £55 on a Motherboard

My CPU is AMD Phenom II X6 3.2Ghz 1090T.

What do you guys think?
