Two hard drives in one notebook

i have C and D drives on my samsung notebook my C has everything on it andf is only 19.6 gig my D is empty and is 123 gig ,i can't defrag C cos there isn't enough space left, why is it like this

  1. It is depend on the person set up the notebook, nobody know why like that.

    Now all you can do is merge the D: to C:, because the D: is empty. Check the link for detail ( go to Deleting a Partition )
