How to choose which HDD to boot from

I have Windows XP installed on one hard drive and I have ubuntu installed on the other, I was wondering how can I make it so when my PC is done posting it will display a list of Hard Drives to boot?

Mobo: Asus A8N-VM

I'm not sure of the BIOS, I think it's some custom BIOS made by Asus.

You need to press the "Boot Options" key as soon as you turn on the PC. I've no idea which key that is on your PC but F12 is quite common.
