Cannot get power to Optical Drive

I recently move my custom built computer from a smaller case to a new large case. While doign so I also upgraded my power supply. Everything is working fine, but the optical drive, which worked fine before changing cases. I was unable to get any power to the drive bay, no lights, no door open. I assumed it was a problem with the optical drive so I replaced it with a new one and I am running into the same problems. I can't seem to figure out any solution to this problem. I've tried multiple sata power connections, even used devices in parallel and had no problem with those devices receiving power. I'm stumped.
