Help me for web cam

i have a webcam that name is renotech nv7 dy688 2006. i lost my driver cd now i am unable to find any driver for this webcam i googled many time but it didnt help
now i just wanna ask about any universal driver for my webcam or anyone who have that device driver plz provide me
