So, I Am About To Buy A New Setup For My PC, Am Upgrading FromA C2D E4500. I Already Have:

PSU: Corsair GS600 (New, Just Bought)
HDD: 1 TB Seagate Baracuda - 7200 RPM
DVD: Sony With Blueray Support
Display: Acer 15.6 @ 1280 x 1024
GPU: ATi 6750

The New Mobo And Ram I Am Buying Are,
Mobo: Intel DH61WW
CPU: Core i3-2100

Is The Mobo Good Enough? Am Having Second Thoughts On It, Will Be Buying Next Month!

Solution
The motherboard is fine. I like 4 memory slots like on the DH67BLB3 but is going to be about $25 more. Good call on moving up to the 64bit Windows 7.

The i3-2100 will be my last upgrade till another 2 years, plus i won't be doing crossfire, will be using single slot cards only!
The 6750 is for one more year.
I am planning to get 3GB Of DDR3 Memory(Using Win 7 32Bit), its enough right?
i dont think there are any games out there which use full 4GB?

Now with all these requirements in mind, is the mobo good?

Really with the memory you want to get 2 x 2 DDR3 this will bring you up to 4GB total and with a 32bit OS read somewhere around 3.2GB. This board only has 2 memory slots so you would be unable to reach 3GB.
The Intel® Core™ i3-2100 will work well for your needs but I would advise that you step up to the Intel Core i3-2105 which comes with the Intel HD 3000 graphics for back up graphics to use till you get the video card that you want.

I have three Intel DH61WW Motherboards with i3-2100. I facing freezing problem on all three mobos for last one year. And each mobos are replaced lots of times from Intel RMA(Digicare). I waste my lots of time for it.
I feel H61 chipset is failed. So no one purchase a H61 chipset motherboards. Coz Intel may continue this dirt chipset for new Ivy Bridge processor.
