The Phenom II X4 955 is a much better deal if you are going to overclock. They both have unlocked multipliers so all you're paying for with the 965 is a slightly higher stock clock speed. The 965s are supposed to be binned slightly better, but I don't really believe that many of them are.

That isn't a very good price for an HD 5830. The Radeon HD 5850s are much more powerful and more efficient.

+3 on wielander's suggestions. Won't you end up saving money with his suggestions? Especially since your processor price drops by $30.

The only thing I might suggest would be to take the $30 saved on the processor and go for a gtx 470. I've seen them around for $280. But then I'm not sure if you'd want to beef up the PSU or not.

So really, all I have to say is wielander's suggestions are solid.

That RAM is 1333 MHz as opposed to 1600 MHz, CAS latency 9 as opposed to 7, and it runs on 1.5 volts as opposed to 1.35. The ECO series is much better.
