Is my gaphics card overheating?

Lately I have been having a lot of trouble with my computer crashing to a black screen(with a buzzing noise) while I play games. I can't ctrl+alt+delete out of it and I just have to power off the comp and restart. is this my graphics card overheating or something else? I'll post my system specs below, if you need anymore info about my system or anything else just let me know. any help would be appreciated.

OS. Windows 7 home
Vid Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series
RAM: 3.75gb
processor: AMD turion Dual core mobile m500 2.20gh

use gpu-z to monitor your gpu temps, and coretemp to monitor cpu temps.

so coretemp showed the highest temp to be 76C while playing CODMW2(is that a bad temp?) I wasn't really sure how to use gpu-z so I took a screenshot. hopefully it's the right thing to look at.
