If the pins are bent on the cpu, will the pc boot up ? Someone bent my pins on the board and i wonder if it can be fixed.. Its a Asus p8z68 - vpro

Oh i forgot to mention. I bought the board from Newegg and couldnt get the cpu off the board. So they said to send it all back and when they went to take off the cpu they bent the pins and claimed they didnt do it. So im on the hook for the cost. Can i get the board fixed? There are a few pins bent.
