Best Motherboard (i5 2500k)

Hey Guys,
I want a good motherboard, for my i5 2500k?
I will be overclocking my i5 2500k to around 4 to 4.5 ghz
I will be using my system for mid gaming vid editing and rendering
I will be using one graphics card - GTX 560 Ti

Here's the problem, OC vs vCore the MOBOs you listed would have a higher vCore than the ones I listed for your target OC. I 'get' your ~$150 budget, I'd love a 2012 Corvette for $25K. There's a good correlation to higher Phase power to lower vCore.

The $178 ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.1) is a viable choice if your don't care about the Z68 or any of its features.
