Runtime error 339 actskn43 ocx

The software is Play Piano delux and when installed and later
run a message is received Run time error 339 and actskn43 ocx.
"Componet 'actskn43.0cx'or one of its dependencies not crrectly registered:
a file Missing or invalid" .... Is this problem with software or my windows 7.
What can I do to fix this
