What means by "To Be Filled By O.E.M."

Some com puter cannotshow the motherboard information,

in Dxdiag , it will show the below information
System Manufacturer: To Be Filled By O.E.M.
System Model: To Be Filled By O.E.M.

in CPU-Z, the motherboard information also shows "To Be Filled By O.E.M."

Then, i am wondering what means by "To Be Filled By O.E.M."
and what is the difference between these motherboards and normal motherboards,
(is there any difference of the driver/bios update?)

It means exactly what it says. Those are various fields to be filled out by the system manufacture who assembles the computer, probably because they are things like who manufactured it. They don't matter any. There isn't much difference between them and any others.
