Clone hdd to ssd

Hi experts, I have bought a crucial 128GB SSD> I am running a 300GB velociraptor with 100GB usage and win xp (sorry) could anyone suggest a free and easy way to clone my HDD instead of doing a complete install of everyting inc mobodrivers etc etc ? THX again in advance.
