Shabby Graphics

When i play Need For Speed Undercover the buildings, clouds looks with shabby(with whitey long shadows/
I have xfx nvidia geforce 9800+ graphic card .asus p7p 55d deluxe motherboard/8 Gb OCZ 1600 ddr3 Ram
I have windows 7 64 bit OS and have downloaded latest graphic compatible drivers but no improment .Please help

Is V-Sync ON?
Also how is your performance in other games? do they run well or you have problems with them too ?

Graphic drivers can be the problem too.

V-Sync is always on .No problem with other games.This game was running with excellent graphics ,but last week i formatted my system .After then this happened with this game only.

Try disabling it, also download the latest patch for it and see if it helps.
