Mobo compatibility

i have already built a comp using this mobo and i was going to upgrade the gpu. i was wandering if this mobo:

yes, the 460 will plug into that Mobo

nahh i mean uhh would it work to its full capacity because this is a pretty old mobo and the 460 is pretty new. i guess it was just thinking would the 460 be able to send info faster than the mobo could receive it

that mobo is PCI Express 2.0 x16.

It'll run the card just fine
