Just built a new computer, and it wont recognize my HDD, but it recognized my SDD and Disk drive. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

See if this helps:

.) Disconnect all drives
.) Remove battery from motherboard
.) Clear motherboard's CMOS
.) Re-insert battery
.) Connect SSD to port SATA6G_1
.) Connect HDD to port SATA3G_3
.) Change SATA mode of ports SATA6G_1 & SATA3G_3 to AHCI mode
.) Save BIOS settings
.) Reboot into BIOS and see if HDD is now recognized
