I currently own a Dell GX280 Mini Tower and I am planning on buying a new graphics card (GeForce GT 430) which requires a 300W power supply. The PSU I have right now is only 160W, so I need to buy a new PSU as well. The thing I'm confused about is that even MicroATX sized PSUs look like they wouldn't fit in my case. The link is to a picture of my case, with the PSU I have on the far right (grey box).

Will any normal MicroATX PSU fit in my case, or not?

This is how to replace the PSU:

The form of your PSU is very odd, and is found only in Dell. No other PSU will fit. Try contacting dell and asking if you can get a better PSU for GX280 SFF (Small form factor). There are a number of GX280 types, but yours is SFF. P.S. I've heard that Dell's PSU can handle more, than what they say, for example, a 180W PSU could pull off 250W.

You could buy the GT 430 and see if it works, if not, bring it back to the shop. If you buy online, than I'd suggest trying to get a better PSU from Dell, if they don't have any better ones, well then, the only option seems to be getting a new PC.
