First time builder review & critique please

Hello everyone,

Approximate Purchase Date: Asap

Budget Range: Roughly 1000-1200 but cheaper the better :D

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming mainly, surfing the internet, watching movies, etc

Parts Not Required: Monitor (LCD TV 1080P), Mouse

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg

Country of Origin: USA

Parts Preferences: No preference

Overclocking: Maybe (never done it before)

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe (never done it before)

Monitor Resolution: Currently @ 1920 x 1080

Additional Comments: Any and all help would be lovely since I've never built a computer before :p

This is what I have got so far from perusing the sticky...am also looking for decently priced speakers, sound card, and Ethernet card (and anything else that I've missed)

How come the sound and ethernet cards aren't required? {as you can tell I'm a noob @ this} lol :D
