Still working out my mobo for my build, need a good mobo for the 1155 socket.

From this site (http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=138_711_1183&vk_sort=1), I want one less than $150 (if possible), and can fit a 560ti, 2xDDR3, and can fit in a HAF 912 Advanced (shouldn't be a problem).

Don't need overclocking features (or SLI), 'cause I won't be doing that (I want a PC that lasts :p)

Chipset....well, whatever one's best (for the price).

There's a misnomer about OC, it's all about your vCore. If your vCore is lower than 1.35v your CPU will be the last to 'die' in your system. Further, there's no reason to waste money on a 'K' CPU nor on the HSF that you chose CM 212+.

Now IF you get a good MOBO not only can you OC, but both your CPU & MOBO will last longer than you care to keep them. Correlation Higher phases to lower vCore.

Here's a good build that even with a 4.5GHz OC will probably out live your non OC build {USD}, but can OC to 5GHz with a <1.35v vCore:
