I tell you I dont like it when people (neighbors and friends) that know I am Christian and
celebrate Christmas will tell me "Happy Holidays"
I make it point to reply "Merry Christmas and Praise the Birth of the Sweet Lord Baby Jesus!"
All respect goes out to people of other religions who celebrate different holidays
so I usually sign off with "Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays" just to cover all bases.
