If you are opening the application, get a message the file is missing, click cancel, and see if the APP continues. If it doesn't work, put the installation CD in drive. If the file still is not found, uninstall and reinstall the product.

IMO, if you do find, and download the .msi file, you then will be faced with another error msg that it cannot find a .cab file, and so on.

This .msi file coming up missing happens frequently with MS, and I believe the cause may be that it is placed in a tmp folder, which subsequently gets removed thru cleanup of some sort.
