2 Monitors, which one to get?

I'm mostly looking at the response time, but I can't tell if the 5ms on the first on is BTB or GTG.

Both have little change. Just go with what you want.

They are both nearly identical in size 23" (2ms) vs. 23.6" (5ms).

I would get the cheaper ASUS VH236H Black 23" 2ms monitor.
