Radiator fan problem

the wiring to my radiator fan is dead. i cant afford to pay to have it fixed and am not skilled enough to mess with the engine compartment fuse box that the wire is ultimately attached to.

my plan is to add a toggle switch to the dash. question is, where do i find a 30 amp power source easily?
