Those are 2 different chipsets, with different pros/cons. The H67 has Intel Quick Sync, which is excellent for video encoding, and by excellent I mean unbeatable, but doesn't allow for advanced OC'ing. The P67 allows OC'ing but not Quick Sync. But with the H67, if you use a high-end(or any) gfx card, Quick Sync isn't used at all. The Z68 chipset supports both, and allows you to fluidly switch between integrated and discrete graphics. BTW, your links are not working.

Foxconn as a company may have questionable ethics in regards to the treatment of employees, but their products are decent quality.
