Hello everyone !!

Well a weak ago a friend of mine bought the asrock mobo H55M-LE with the intel core i3-540 and 2x4gb kingstone ram.

The problem is that when i try to boot the computer with both of those ram inside i get nothing ...the computer wont boot ..but when i have only 1 inside the pc works perfectly ..i tryied putting the ram in both slots and the first slot works fine ..but the second slot no matter whitch of those 2 ram i putt in it doesnt recognize it.
So i thought it should be a mobo issue and i contacted the shop from where i bought the items and they said thats it has to do with the mobo not being compatible with the ram and something about the flexibility bios option of the asrock mobo.
Well i checked the bios and there is no flexibility option anywhere...'?'

This Built is:
Asrock h55m-le mobo
2x4b kingston 1333mhz ram
350watt power supply (old and not from a good brand)
1 dvd/cd recorder
1 hdd 600gb 7200rpm

In my opinion i think its the power supply.

So if u got anysuggestion/ideas please share :)
Thanks in advance.

Did you try a single stick in each socket? This would effectively rule out a bad socket and have to do with initialization of memory...

edit:

what's the speed of the ram?
