Rig needed to max nfs shift

ok will this rig max nfs shift with anti aliasing 1920 1080
core i7 870
nvidia geforce gtx 260 core 216 msi ligntining edition 1792mb SINGLE CARD
6GB DDR3 RAM
650W PSU.

WILL IT PLAY THE GAME WITHOUT ANY STUTTERS WHEN THERE R TOO MANY CARS ON THE SCREEN?

Is this the rig you currently have or are you planning to buy it?

To play NFS Shift you dont need much horsepower coz i have never seen an NFS game that was too stressful on the PC. Don't know about these new one's though.

i have this rig but i have heard that there are lags when there are too many cars on the screen.so just wanted to confirm whether this rig was enough to play the game

I think this link would help you out. It does not have the GTX260. But it has the GTS250 in it which gives 44FPS on average. So i think your GTX260 would be able to churn out 50-52FPS easily. Which i think is playable.

Plus your processor is a hefty one. Which should be able to able the game easily.

Of course you will max it out on that rig. You will have no shutters whatsoever.

Try the game by your self and then see whether there will be any lag or not because according to me and other guys too it will just run fine.
