Hello,

I have read in couple of places that I don't remember, that "why fix something that ain't broke". Does that apply to SSD firmware updates?

Should I update them? I have seen in other forum questions that people have had problems with Samsung's firmware updates.

Thank you.

General Advice

If they release a firmware update as a 'hot fix', within say 180 days of the product release then consider updating the firmware to fix those general issues.

After 180 days or so they shouldn't be releasing firmware as frequently anyway and the issues addressed would be more specific than general.
