what happens if just imagine i had system.with a high end config and the gpu options are
nvidia quadro fx 6000
nvidia gforce gtx 480

which is more powrful in gaming?

GTX480. Quadro are more application oriented GPU's not for gaming. They are quite similar to the normal GPU's that nVidia make, only their drivers are way too optimized. And they are way too expensive. Not worth the money.

Silicon-wise, they're essentially the same card.
All your paying extra for the Quadro are drivers, which for gaming actually reduces performance somewhat.

i'm not going to buy one.but i just wanted to know.but quadro has more power than gtx 480 in terms texture fill rate,gb/s
