System for Photoshop & Corel Painter

I'm looking to build a system that will mainly use Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter.

I'm not looking for a cheap system, but I'm also not looking to pay big bucks for the very high-end system.

I need some thing that won't lag when I'm working with either software, or both at the same time.

Please advise me on Processor, should I got i5, i7, or can i make do with Core2Quad, or Core2Duo even.

Also, on which graphic card to get. And lastly, recommended memory size.
