Access email address on a hard drive that won't boot

I have my hard drive connected to my desktop using a drive dock. I need to backup the email addresses on that drive though. They were stored in Outlook Express 6. How can i get the file where they are stored?

The email addresses would be stored in the Windows Address Book. The file extension is WAB.
