Bench not even close to the advertised specs

That's hardly anywhere close to the 560mb/s and 430mb/s, is there something I should do to make it perform correctly or should is this a lemon and I should RMA it?

More about bench close advertised specs
  1. Most of the data and specs from the factory are with optimal conditions and also theoratically speeds ( not what you really get. )

Also the SSD speeds are depending on:
Mainboard ( Brand and type of the Sata controller. 3Gb or 6 Gb )
    Cable type: 3 / 6 Gbyte

Maybe you could give us your system specs? Like MB, CPU and brand and type of SSD's you use?
    CPU
Current state ( are there any processes running on that SSD )
  2. The OS is installed on the SSD. Not really running anything else when I did the bench.

    i7-3770k
    8gb RAM in dual-channel
    radeon hd 7950
    asrock z77 extreme6
    ocz vertex 4 128gb
    wd caviar blue 1tb
  3. I've created a program that PreCaches all files under 1MB to RAM.
    - It's geared towards machines with 8GB to 12GB of RAM and an SSD or SSD/HDD combo, or HHD (Hybrid Hard Disk).

Initially you may only get about 42,000 KB/sec, but subsequent runs should approach 370,000 KB/sec.

PS: 4K random on a HDD would only give about 0.28 MB/s depending on the HDD and the interface,
