PreCacher for SSD and SSD/HDD systems

Bug fixes:
- The window should no longer show as '(Not Responding)' during a read of a large amount of files, either with or without real-time antivirus checking each file 'on access'.
- The window will now update at least once for every 1,000 files read
- The progress dots wrap counter is reset to zero on subsequent runs
