Acer Desktop boot problems

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Acer Aspire T180-R97Z Desktop. As soon as I connect the power cable the CPU fan automatically runs full and the PC does nothing else, no beeps or nothing. The only way to switch off again is to disconnect the power. Can anyone suggest what is failing. Is it most likely to be faulty PSU, CPU, or mobo?

Most likely the PSU. Its also the easiest/cheapest thing to get a replacement for and test.
