Just a thought, seeing as the Cpu in Hunter's build is discontinued, it might be a good idea to change/remove it from the list. Or switch it for the 445, although that one is up in price a bit.
 
Obviously for only $3 more you swap in the 445 for the 440, the problem was that i made that build over a month ago now so lots of things have changed, but right now the 445 is $78 when the 440 was $75 so its an obvious swap.
