If you've just installed your 2TB hard drive, you probably haven't "Installed it" yet.

To do this you have to:

1) Right click on computer and select "Manage"
2) In the tree select disk management
3) In disk manager select your new drive, right click and initialize/activate the drive
4) Finally, right click on it and format the drive.
