Yet another problem

This time its my graphics card and case.
I have the GeForce GTX 460 card and the Ultra eTorque case.
When I attempt to put the card into the PCI slot I found that the HDMI ports on the side of the card don't line up with the opening in the case.
Is this a common problem?

It could be the bracket not going all the way in, check if it fits snug.
A pic would help.
