user accounts screen names

Each user account on our home computer links to the same AOL screen name.
You can easily change to the correct screen name and logon with no problem.
The problem is that the IM account for that default logon screen name keeps
popping up while you are working online. I would like to modify each user
account to link to a different screen name but can't figure out how to do it.
It's probably easy but I have been unable to do it. Help!! We are using
Windows XP Home Edition and have 4 seperate users. Each user is on the same
AOL account with a different screen name and a different IM account.
