AGP cards are both rare and costly.. Am even not sure you can find a good replacement within your budget margin.. It'll be best if you head to your nearest retailers and enquire on all the available AGP solutions they have.. The best AGP card available currently is the HD 4670 but it may be out of your 40£ price bracket.. If you can afford it though, It'll be a significant upgrade from your 9800 pro..

I used to have a 9800pro all in wonder and that card is faster than any FX5xx0 card out there and the only thing that is half ass is the 6200 (DX9c sm3) but all those cards are over priced.

Would any of these work?

AGP Graphics Card

Anyone of those cards sparring the 6200 and 5200 will be a good replacement.. If you indulge in gaming also then get the 4670..

Read budget but yes the 4670 is a good choice.
