Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 OR ASrock 990FX Extreme4

I am looking at these motherboards and i cannot decide what to get, they both offer exactly what i want at a good price

^+1 I agree and I like ASUS. If you can swing it and plan on extensive OC the GA-990FXA-UD5.

Gigabyte is my top choice. Asus and Asrock would be farther down the list after MSI.

^I don't agree with that order. The MSI vCore with their fancy SFC is poor and are too high.

P67/Z68 - Gigabyte (only UD5 & UD7), ASUS (PRO and higher 12 phase+), ASRock (Extreme4 and higher), and MSI (GD80).

AM3+ - Gigabyte (only UD5 & UD7), ASUS (PRO/USB3 and higher), ASRock (Extreme4 and higher), and MSI (GD70 and higher)
