Akamai NetSession Interface - FAQ I can't say I like much about that program.
But it's likely one of your installed programs came with it and you gave Akamai permission to operate on your system. (it's usually in the fine print under the license agreement that everyone just bypasses and uses the I Agree button).

Thank you for your help. I don't know where this program came from. I don't have games in my computer. I prefer to block the access to internet.
