I had the same system but a compaq (which is HP) and when I upgraded I got a OCZ power supply 600watt modXstream and an ati sapphire 4830 back in dec '08. Now that made a huge difference in video quality and gaming experiance with a quality PSU. So I would suggest something a little different with the PSU and more up to date GPU for the low. Look at these:
PSU for great quality & reliability: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094
GPU for updateness and quality but cheap in price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150448
