Cyber cafe server Hardware

Hello,
I want to get an internet cafe going, in Africa, with 10 seats. I am looking at using Lenovo Q150 nettops (Intel D410)for the clients. I am however at a loss as to whether I should purchase a server box with OS software already installed or try to go rel cheap and have on built. I will be glad for any suggestions.

What is the server for? DNS? File & Printer? VMs?

We need more info. Exactly what are you trying to do with a "server"?

From my little knowledge, the server is supposed to control the use of the computers, wireless included, printers, scanner, games etc., using a cyber cafe software (TrueCafe) on top of the server OS. It is supposed to be a very lite server, not one dishing up pages for the web.
